You asked for a GREAT way to get in shape and we provided! Join us for a short ride and a full body workout! This Friday (6/20) is “Fat Burning Friday!!!
Meet us at the shop with your bike at 6:00PM. From there as a group, we will take a short, ride out to the Wabash Trail. We will ride out and then back to about the 1/2 way point to One on One Fitness. There we will meet personal trainer, Charlie Davis! Who will run us through a 30 minute, full-body workout. Afterwards, as a group we will head back to the shop!
Please bring your bike, a water bottle and $5 (to cover the cost of the trainer), helmet not required but highly encouraged and join us at 6:00PM on Friday night!
